I've searched high and low in Melbourne looking for fresh high-quality sashimi in various places. Over a year ago, I finally found it in my own backyard. These guys at the Fish Tank is happy to slice them up at your request and you are good to go. Lately I've been tossing them into an Asian style coleslaw with crunchy noodles, ground peanuts and plum sauce.
